Job Summary Provide 3D printing and laser cutting services by designing precise models and shapes using CAD software, operating machines, and managing customer service and feedback to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Design accurate 3D models and shapes using CAD software such as SolidWorks and xTool Studios to meet client specifications • Operate 3D printing and laser cutting machines efficiently to produce high-quality outputs • Manage customer service interactions by addressing feedback and resolving issues to enhance client experience • Utilize design tools to prepare files and optimize designs for manufacturing processes • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and machine operation workflows Preferred competencies and qualifications • Familiarity with operating 3D printing and laser cutting machines to support production processes
