Creative Executive Intern — 1103 Studios Do you see a TikTok and immediately think about why it worked?Do you watch Reels and mentally rewrite the hook?Are you hungry to learn the craft of content that actually sells — not just looks good? Welcome to 1103 Studios. We're looking for a Creative Intern to support content strategies and produce organic social content for our clients. At 1103, we create short-form videos — think skits, street interviews, product storytelling, and scroll-stopping hooks — for some of Singapore's most recognisable brands across F&B, Automotive, and Beauty. This is an organic-first role — we don't boost our way to results. We create content that earns attention. This is a paid, full-time internship running 3–6 months — ideal for students or fresh grads who want real agency experience, not coffee runs. What You'll Do • Assist in developing creative angles, hooks, and scripts for short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts • Support end-to-end content production — from concept and scripting to shoots and editing • Script and produce content for both English and Mandarin-speaking audiences • Assist on shoots — directing talent, managing equipment, capturing b-roll • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into creative concepts • Contribute ideas to 1103's own in-house social presence • Learn how to create content engineered to perform — not just look good Who You Are • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field • You think in hooks and angles — not just formats and aesthetics • Fluent in Mandarin — able to script and communicate naturally for Mandarin-speaking audiences if need be • Have a portfolio or personal content showing creative instinct — doesn't have to be brand work • Hands-on with filming and editing — comfortable with iPhone, CapCut, or Premiere Pro • You actively study TikTok and Reels — not just scroll but analyse why content works • Comfortable on camera and behind it • Hungry to learn, contribute, and grow What's In It For You Real Work, Real Brands — you'll work on live campaigns for recognisable Singapore brands, not mock projects Steep Learning Curve — learn content strategy, production, and creative thinking all in one role Mentorship — work directly alongside our creative team with guidance on every project Paid Internship — 3 to 6 months, full-time commitment Think your portfolio speaks for itself?
