Creative Intern

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Marketing Intern to join our team during one of Singapore's most exciting event seasons. This role is for a digital storyteller who understands how to capture attention in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support large-scale brand activations. You will assist in the end-to-end process of content creation and operational execution, with the unique opportunity to work on projects tied to major international events. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Strategy • Assist in developing and filming short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels) with a focus on punchy, high-engagement hooks. • Draft "no-fluff" scripts that follow a direct problem-solution narrative for lifestyle, tech, and retail brands. • Help manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence leading up to and during major event weeks. 2. Event & Operations Support • Provide onsite support for brand activations and marketing campaigns during Token2049 Week (October 5–11, 2026) and the F1 Singapore Grand Prix season. • Assist with the coordination of promotional events, including 1-for-1 offers, lucky draws, and VIP brand experiences. • Support the "live" content team during onsite filming at Marina Bay Sands and various race-zone locations. 3. Research & Analytics • Monitor trending audio, viral challenges, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant. • Track and report on key performance metrics (views, saves, CTR) to help optimize future content. Qualifications & Skills • Strong Communication: Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy. • Creative Eye: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN). • High Energy & Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (especially during peak event weeks). • Trend-Savvy: A deep understanding of current TikTok and Instagram algorithms. • Problem-Solver: Proactive attitude when dealing with live event logistics and content turnarounds.
