Curriculum Executive - Maternity Cover

Job Responsibilities: Course Planning and Management • Assist the Dean of Curriculum in course planning, development and management • Provide administrative support in course submissions and uploading of materials into the training system, such as preparation of workflow, master calendar, and course outlines etc. • Proofread printing materials and data submissions • Setup online platform for training • Assist in scheduling of training venues • Liaise with local/overseas lecturers, training partners and teachers Marketing • Design marketing and publicity materials • Design and publication of course handbook • Carry out effective publicity Data Management • Upload course data into database • Prepare analysis report Other Responsibilities • Event management • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field • Relevant administrative experiences • Proficient in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates • Good communication and presentation skills • Ability to multitask and able to deliver under stress • Responsible, meticulous and able to work independently without supervision • Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and designing software • Pleasant personality, willing to take initiatives to help colleagues and other stakeholders (All applications will be in strict confidence.
