• Coordinated end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, fulfilment, and customer communications. • Managed campaign operations such as data preparation, testing (UAT), marketing consent management, and issue resolution. • Supported campaign automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. • Collaborated with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery and execution. • Monitored campaign performance, budgets, and maintained compliance with operational and data requirements. • Provided campaign support and handled operational enquiries before and after campaign launches.
