Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities: · Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information based on policies and guidelines. · Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. · Record and maintain accurate case details in CRM and case management systems. · Assess issue severity and escalate cases when required. · Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication. · Stay updated on policies, procedures, and service requirements. · Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Participate in cross-training and support ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: · Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. · Experience in customer service, contact center, or support-related roles preferred. · Proficiency in CRM systems, case management platforms, and digital tools. · Ability to multitask and work under pressure. · Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. · Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and processes. Preferred: · Experience handling customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat. · Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and digital service platforms.
