Customer Care Representative (Class 3 Driver)

Job Summary Carry out daily vehicle detailing and delivery operations with professionalism, supporting rental services. Training will be provided to ensure effective performance. Responsibilities • Deliver open rental, replacement, and close rental vehicles accurately and professionally • Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely to complete deliveries • Use mobile phone apps to support delivery and operational tasks efficiently • Communicate clearly in conversational English to coordinate with team members and clients • Participate in job training to improve skills and knowledge related to vehicle handling and rental operations Required competencies and certifications • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license • Demonstrate ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles • Use mobile phone applications relevant to job tasks • Communicate fluently in conversational English Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in the car rental industry • Basic knowledge of different vehicle models • Possess Singapore Class 4 and 5 driving licenses Other Information You may email your CV/Resume directly to Effendy@gbcr.com.sg Please call +65 6603 9389 should you have further queries.
