We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Customer Relations Officer to be the heartbeat of our operations. In this role, you’ll not only take care of our customers—you’ll also support our cleaning team and Virtual Assistants, helping everything run smoothly every day. What You’ll Be Doing✨ Be the voice of our company Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations across different channels—always keeping service standards high and customers happy. Lead and support our Virtual Assistant team Train and guide the team to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations. Take care of our frontline heroes Support our cleaning staff by managing schedules, addressing welfare matters, and ensuring they have clear job instructions. Improve how we work Spot gaps in operations and suggest smarter, more efficient ways to improve customer experience and internal processes. Keep things organised Maintain accurate records, reports, and coordinate scheduling between Virtual Assistants and on-ground cleaners. We’re Looking For Someone Who: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cleaning, home services, or hospitality. Experience in leading or guiding a team, either formally or informally. Strong communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, Virtual Assistants, and cleaners. Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or workforce management systems. Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Empathetic leadership style, with the ability to support and motivate cleaning staff. Entry level are welcome to apply
