What You'll Do As a Part-Time Customer Service Ambassador, you’ll represent our team at Changi Airport. Your key responsibilities include: • Stationed at our customer service booths in the transit terminals. • Assist with bookings, registration, waitlists, and general enquiries about tours. • Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and equipment security. • Escort passengers to meeting points and liaise with tour guides. • Provide professional handling of feedback and customer concerns. • Submit simple daily reports to the project manager and supervisor. • Attend trainings and stay updated on procedures. • Support other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth tour operations. Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Must be able to commit to at least 4 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays. What We're Looking For • Friendly and confident communicator. • Strong organization and multitasking skills. • Enjoys fast-paced enviroments and hands-on learning. • Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Preferred but Not Required • Background in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles • Familiarity with travel operations or Changi Airport • Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply!
