Details: 1 Year Contract Up to $2,700 10am – 7pm (Rostered 4 weekdays and 1 weekend) Central Duties: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer's enquiries via emails, hotline and in-person • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in email support. • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
