Customer Service Executive (Order Management)

• MNC Company • Basic $3000 - $3500 + Completion Bonus • Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression • Working location: Lorong Chuan • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm) Job Responsibilities: • May provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers (including order expediting, stock queries, reporting and stock rotation). • May Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws. • Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required. • Perform required transactions using SAP system to support the daily activities for consignment program • Analyze customer’s forecast and liaise with customers closely to manage the fluctuations • Maintains sufficient inventory on-site at all times to support customer • Work closely with planners to ensure sufficient backlog is placed out to suppliers and follow up to ensure that necessary reschedules are done. • Maintains a healthy inventory to generate good inventory turns • Liaise with marketing and supplier for price extension • Manage daily consignment pull data and consignment billing in SAP system • Provide support to customer’s queries and requests on site • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Possess minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent. • Possess minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
