About this role
Job Description • Handle customer interaction over phone, counter, email and other digital channels • Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner • Handle collection of payments and related administrative duties such as applying for government funding for the courses • Prepare for courses such as printing of attendances and packing of course materials • Send invoices and other related documents to clients and participants • Other adhoc duties as assigned by manager Job Requirements • Minimum Diploma in any discipline. • At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience in customer service role. • Relevant experience in a training centre or customer service-related environment is preferred. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Must be fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in Mandarin is a bonus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients • Must be able to work on alternate Saturday mornings (approx. 3 hours each, time off will be given the following week) If keen, please submit your resume and indicate your earliest availability.
