General Description of the Role The Customer Service Executive (Temp) plays a critical role in covering for extended leave of team member, meeting customer’s order entry needs and meeting delivery expectations. The role will have responsibility for Customer Service order entry: This is an individual contributor role and is expected to work closely with other peers within/ outside of the region and maintain excellent working relationship with our customer. The person must have strong Order to Cash (OTC) and SAP knowledge to manage end to end order processing and solve all logistical challenges, in order to invoice orders on time to meet sales target. Key Responsibilities and Activities • Execute daily order-to-cash (OTC) activities in SAP including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and shipment processing • Monitor and resolve order blocks (credit, pricing, master data) and escalate issues as required • Coordinate with 3PL, warehouse, and local distributor to ensure timely and accurate deliveries • Track open orders and shipments, proactively following up on delays, short shipments, and delivery issues • Manage customer queries, complaints, and order changes in a timely and professional manner • Support month-end activities including order closure and invoicing accuracy • Maintain accurate records of transactions for reporting and audit purposes • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders (sales, supply planning, finance) to ensure alignment on orders and deliveries • Provide basic service level visibility (open orders, delays, issues) to stakeholders • Work closely with and under the guidance of the Senior Customer Service Specialist Experience& Skills • Previous experience in a similar role • Good communication skills • SAP S4& Microsoft Office skills • Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes • Ability to handle high transaction volume accurately • Strong execution discipline • Excellent OTC (Order To Cash) knowledge • Proficient in English, other Asia language will be added advantage • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative and fast paced environment • Strong ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers with the ability to be flexible, responsible, positive and able to confidently communicate • Strong smart decision making and problem-solving ability with attention to detail • Thrives in an environment that is fast paced and able to adapt to changing situations • Highly proficient in Word, Excel and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems • Experience in the FMCG sector of Wines & Spirits is considered a plus Please note that this temporary contract will run from June to September 2026.
