About this role
Job Descriptions: • Report directly to Branch Manager • Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly • To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company • Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment • To follow-up service call to customer after treatment (three days) • Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services • Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation • To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area • Issuing of invoices and service rendering • Generation of daily reports • Assist in general administrative duties • Preparing and issue of relevant documents, printing and filing as well as inventory control • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company Job Requirements: • At least 2 years’ experience in beauty spa environment and services • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and is able to multi-task • Willing to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
