Customer Service Officer (Relief Coverage) (July) Salary: $15/hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm Temporary / Stand-in Assignment Key Responsibilities ✅ Assist customers with ID card applications and collections ✅ Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries professionally ✅ Update customer records and verify information accurately ✅ Support membership-related enquiries and fee payments ✅ Assist with mediation service documentation and referrals ✅ Manage customer flow during peak periods ✅ General administrative duties and basic housekeeping Requirements ✔ Good communication and customer service skills ✔ Patient, professional and able to handle enquiries effectively ✔ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) ✔ Detail-oriented and able to multitask ✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team Suitable for candidates with customer service or administrative experience. Training will be provided.
