Part Time Customer Service Officer. Only Singaporean needs apply. Job Description: •Attend to walk in clients • Attend to enquiries via emails/chats/phone calls • Sorting/filing of daily mails • Send out renewal notifications to clients • Follow up with clients on renewals • Updating of database • Simple admin tasks as assigned Job Requirement • Min 'N' Level • 1-2 years' experience in an admin / coordinator role • Good Customer Service • Meticulous in work • Able to work 3 days a week (Wed to Fri) • Working hours: 9:30 am - 6pm • Location: Suntec Office Tower
