About this role
• Handle public enquiries and provide accurate information on government services and procedures • Assist customers through phone, email, live chat, and walk-in channels professionally • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative documents • At least GCE O-Level qualification and above • Min 1 year of experience in an customer service Note: • Rotating 8-hour shifts, any 5 days per week (including weekends & public holidays), between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM • Pick up from Tampines, AMK, Kovan, Serangoon and Woodlands • Able to commit to a min employment period of 1 year • Paid training is provided Applicants please email detailed resume in MS Word Format to Richard Chia Heng Yeow (CEI No.: R1104495).
