Customer Service Trainee (Dental Clinic)

Enjoy a genuine 5-day work week with day shifts only, no night shifts, and never work on a public holiday.  What You Will Do  • Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and professional first impression  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments  • Handle patient enquiries courteously via phone, email, and walk-ins  • Collect payments and process dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance portals)  • Maintain clinic records, manage office supplies, and support daily administrative tasks  What You Need  • Diploma or degree in any discipline (local polytechnic, private university, or equivalent)  • Good communication skills   • Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn  • Able to work rotating day shifts across 7 days (including at least one weekend day)  • No prior healthcare experience required — comprehensive training provided  Why Join Us  • Genuine 5-day work week — not 5.5 days.
