Job Responsibilities• Deliver a pleasant and professional customer experience by using polite, friendly, and courteous language and behavior at all times. • Carry out daily store duties as assigned, including membership registration, order taking, and responding promptly to customer requests. • Follow store operational standards and service procedures, work effectively with team members, and continuously learn and share relevant knowledge. • Actively participate in training programs, gradually mastering front-of-house service, bar operations, and cashiering skills to continuously improve job performance and professional capabilities.
