Job Summary As a Security Operations Specialist, you will enhance security monitoring, manage incident triage, and develop solutions to protect Singpass applications and infrastructure, collaborating across teams to optimize security operations and support stakeholders. Responsibilities • Enhance security visibility and monitoring across Singpass applications, pipelines, and endpoints to detect and respond to threats comprehensively • Identify security gaps in Singpass’ operational environment and develop targeted solutions to mitigate risks • Manage security incident triage processes to ensure swift, effective responses and maintain operational readiness • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to security incidents promptly • Manage resolution of vulnerabilities reported through the Government Bug Bounty Programme • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve security controls for applications, infrastructure, and networks • Provide security guidance and design recommendations to stakeholders including the CISO • Contribute to engineering initiatives by integrating AI technologies and optimizing security operations processes • Develop customized tooling and automated processes to support security operations efficiency • Create and maintain security runbooks, documentation, and training materials to support operational consistency • Apply security principles, policies, and industry best practices in daily operations and decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications • Relevant certifications in security operations such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, CySA+ are advantageous • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in security incident operations and response, with practical experience valued over certifications • Familiarity with scripting languages including Perl, Python, and PowerShell • Experience with Golang and Typescript is advantageous • Knowledge of compliance frameworks is advantageous Join us and discover a meaningful and exciting career with Assurity Trusted Solutions!
