Data Engineer (ETL)

• 1-year contract, renewable • Hybrid work arrangement • Government project Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL / ELT) to support business and analytics requirements • Perform data transformation, cleansing, and data modelling activities • Support and maintain analytics and data platform environments, including cloud-based platforms and Databricks • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions • Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimisation across data workflows Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related disciplines • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience • Hands-on experience in data pipeline development (ETL / ELT) • Experience in data transformation and data modelling • Familiarity with analytics and modern data platform environments such as Databricks and cloud-based technologies • Experience in public sector projects or government environments will be advantageous
