Receive patients in dental clinic -Arrange schedule of dentists -Collect payment -Manage telephone lines -Manage whatsapp and facebook message enquiries -Manage invoices and emails -Stock management and orders -Receive and send orders to dental labs and distributors -Opening and closing of dental clinic - Opening and closing of dental accounts -Financial counseling for patients -Patient ambassador -Organize and manage documents -Organise and manage company events Working hours - 8:30am - 5:30 pm (5 days) include 1 evening 6 - 9:30 pm Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
