Job Summary The Patient Service Associate delivers quality frontline support in clinical settings, managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries, medical records, and cashiering while ensuring positive patient relations. Responsibilities • Monitor dental supply levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock • Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments efficiently • Respond promptly to telephone enquiries and assist patients with booking appointments • Notify patients of upcoming appointments and send reminders for follow-up treatments • Perform various administrative tasks to support clinic operations • Adapt to weekend work schedules as required
