About this role
Work Location: Bedok (6 mins from Bedok MRT Station) Working hour/Day : 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri (Air-conditioned environment) Administrative •Support repair operations through structured administrative execution, coordination, and communication to improve workflow efficiency. •Handle administrative tasks including procurement requests, online purchasing, documentation control, record keeping, and mail/package coordination. •Coordinate operational logistics and daily activities supporting departmental initiatives. •Organise and manage meetings by scheduling, room setup, and active engagement with attendees to maximise attendance and effectiveness. •Liaise with external parties for meeting coordination and operational communication. •Maintain accurate visitor access records and ensure compliance with administrative requirements. •Provide ad-hoc administrative and logistical support to the department, including inter-departmental document delivery and errands. Project Related Activities •Perform non-technical research and other related tasks in support of the team. •Follow-up on assigned action items to ensure completion. Reporting/Documentation Related Activities •Prepare and update a variety of periodic and special documents and reports. Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, compliance with departmental policies, formatting, and correct English usage, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Knowledge/Skill requirements •Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. •Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. •Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. •Ability to analyze issues, follow procedures, and support problem resolution. •Capable of performing routine administrative tasks with guidance and established instructions.
