COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a Singapore‑incorporated subsidiary of a multinational company in the LifeSciences industry, supporting global research and development efforts through advanced scientific platforms and collaboration. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide L1 & L2support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Install and support Windows OS & Microsoft 365 applications • Manage Active Directory (user accounts, password resets, access) • Handle tickets via ITSM tools within SLA timelines • Support remote users, VPN, and connectivity issues • Perform system imaging, patching, and antivirus updates • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation • Support videoconferencing tools and mobile devices JOB REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field • Atleast 4 years of experience in Desktop Support (L1 & L2) • Strong knowledge of: Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft 365 / Office, Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers) • Experience with Active Directory & ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy) • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) & infrastructure Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above positions, please click "Apply now".
