About this role
• 4–5 years of experience preffered • Experience working on digital projects, digital transformation initiatives, or customer-facing digital platforms. • Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred. • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. • Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and use cases. • Knowledge of UAT planning and execution. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
