Digital Delivery/IDD Manager (A1 Main-Contractor)

• Lead the project team’s digitalisation efforts to support the successful delivery of IDD projects, while championing the adoption of BIM, VDC, and other digital workflows. • Work proficiently with Architectural, Civil & Structural, and M&E 3D BIM models to ensure coordination, accuracy, and project alignment. • Develop and implement VDC/IDD standards, while enforcing the organisation’s BIM templates and documentation standards across projects. • Strengthen QA/QC processes by monitoring BIM model quality, ensuring consistency in 2D/3D family standards and alignment with organisational guidelines. • Manage and guide a team of Digital Engineers or BIM Specialists, overseeing BIM deliverables, shop drawing submissions, and model-based documentation for design and fabrication. Requirements: • Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or related discipline • Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, andcontract administration for construction projects. • Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations,and relevant construction software.
