Support online sales operations, marketing, and web management to enhance user experience and drive revenue . Typical responsibilities include managing product listings, analyzing web traffic/sales data, supporting digital marketing campaigns (SEO/social media), and performing market research. Key tasks often involve: Operational Support & Merchandising • Product Listings: Uploading, updating, and optimizing product descriptions, images, and prices on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok or Amazon. • Website Maintenance: Supporting CMS updates and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth functionality. • Inventory Management: Coordinating stock levels with marketing campaigns. Digital Marketing & Content • Content Creation: Writing engaging content for products and scheduling social media posts. • Campaign Support: Executing digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and setting up promotional banners. • SEO Optimization: Assisting with keyword research and updating metadata to improve search rankings. Analytics & Strategy • Reporting & Analysis: Tracking KPIs, including sales data and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to generate actionable insights. • Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitors’ digital activities to identify market trends and best practices.
