About this role
Job Summary: • 10-11 month contract • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6 pm; Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm • Location: Outram Park Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day programme operations and coordination • Track participant enrolment, engagement, and programme progress • Handle enquiries and provide support to participants and stakeholders • Coordinate programme activities, follow-ups, and implementation logistics • Provide basic troubleshooting support for digital platforms • Prepare participant communications, reminders, and engagement tracking reports • Maintain proper records, reports, and administrative documentation • Support marketing-related activities and other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned Requirements: • Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health sciences, Marketing, Communications or related fields • Preferably possess at least 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or customer-facing roles • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems • Exposure to marketing and operations tools such as Canva, FormSG, or similar platforms • Preferably possess experience supporting digital platforms and programme initiatives By submitting an application or your resume, you are deemed to have consented to Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes stated in our privacy notice (https://dhc.com.sg/privacy-policy).
