About the RoleWe are a Singaporean digital marketing agency that helps businesses stay top of mind, build trust and get more enquiries. We work with mainly service-based businesses. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to oversee the full delivery workflow for marketing campaigns. You will handle the pre-production and production of short-form videos. You will coordinate post-production of short-form videos, UGC videos, graphic assets, posting schedules and paid ads tasks, ensuring everything moves smoothly from planning to execution. This role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple clients, creatives and timelines at once. Responsibilities• Manage client communication, alignment and expectations • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies • Handle pre-production and production of short-form videos • Oversee post-production of short-form videos • Oversee production of graphic designs • Oversee FB, Instagram and TikTok posting schedules, captions, hashtags and cover designs • Coordinate sourcing and communication with influencers/KOLs for UGC videos • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to deliver assets on time • Run FB ad campaigns and/or boosted posts • Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks and maintain delivery quality • Prepare monthly performance reviews and insights for clients
