Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement and Problem Discovery • Engage internal business users and stakeholders to identify operational pain points, business needs, and opportunities for digital automation or productivity improvements. • Facilitate discussions, discovery sessions, and workshops to gather insights and define problem statements clearly. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand evolving needs and priorities. • Translate business challenges into clear product opportunities and requirements for the development team. Product Planning and Delivery Coordination • Work closely with the Developer Lead to shape product direction, priorities, and delivery plans. • Define product requirements, user needs, and expected outcomes to guide solution development. • Manage delivery timelines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support smooth and timely execution. • Monitor progress across product portfolio and maintain visibility of key milestones and priorities. • Support prioritisation and decision-making by balancing business value, delivery timelines, and available resources. Product Advocacy and Community Building • Drive awareness and adoption of products across internal business units. • Develop and implement product advocacy initiatives such as user onboarding sessions, showcases, demos, internal communications, and product updates. • Build and sustain a user community around the products, including champions networks, engagement forums, and feedback channels. • Promote user engagement and encourage knowledge-sharing to strengthen product uptake and long-term success. Adoption and Value Tracking • Monitor and assess product adoption levels to ensure solutions are being effectively utilised by intended users. • Gather and analyse user feedback, adoption data, and stakeholder input to evaluate product performance and business value. • Identify barriers to adoption and work with stakeholders and developers to address issues and improve user experience. • Provide regular updates on product adoption and value realisation to relevant stakeholders. • Support continuous product improvement based on user insights and business needs. Requirements Education • Good Honours degree in any discipline. Experience • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, or a similar role. • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and problem discovery. • Experience working with technical teams to develop and deliver digital products or solutions. • Experience managing timelines and coordinating product or project delivery activities. • Experience in driving user adoption, engagement, or change initiatives will be an advantage. Skills and Competencies • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. • Good understanding of digital product delivery and user adoption strategies. • Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
