Discipline Support Officer $20–$22/hour 5-Month Contract (Jul 2026 – Nov 2026) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm (excluding lunch break) Working hours may be adjusted based on school operational needs No service required on weekends, public holidays, or school holidays Requirements✅ GCE 'O' Level or equivalent ✅ Experience in student management, behavioural support, or related areas preferred ✅ Background in counselling, social work, or restorative practices is an advantage ✅ Good observation, documentation, and communication skills ✅ Able to handle sensitive matters professionally and maintain confidentiality ✅ Comfortable working in a primary school environment Key Responsibilities Support investigations and fact-finding for student incidents Conduct interviews and prepare incident reports Facilitate restorative and reflection sessions for students Supervise detention, recess, and school activities as assigned Monitor student behaviour and maintain attendance/behavioural records Patrol school premises to support student safety and discipline Assist with student management and administrative duties School reserves the right to adjust schedules based on operational requirements.
