Job Summary A drafter (or draftsperson) creates technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software to translate engineering and architectural concepts into actionable production or construction plans. They collaborate closely with engineers and architects to define project specifications, materials, and procedures, primarily in construction.
