We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented engineering professional to spearhead change control initiatives and support impactful manufacturing projects within a highly regulated production setting. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value engineering projects, equipment enhancements, facility upgrades, and process optimisation initiatives that directly contribute to manufacturing performance and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage change control activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing operations • Coordinate engineering projects involving equipment improvements, process optimisation, and facility enhancement works • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution • Support impact assessments, risk evaluations, and implementation planning for engineering and manufacturing changes • Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant technical documentation, engineering reports, and change control records • Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate project schedules, installation activities, and site implementation timelines • Ensure engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where applicable • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous • Familiarity with GMP practices, change control systems, and engineering project coordination • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities • Able to manage multiple timelines and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation practices • Meticulous, independent, and collaborative working style Interested applicants may send their updated resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg with the subject title: Drive Pharmaceutical Innovation as a Change Control & Engineering Project Specialist We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
