Job Title: E-commerce & Social Media Executive (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok) Location: East, Joo Chiat Complex Working Hours: 44 hours/week (5.5 days: Mon-Fri + Sat half-day) Salary Range: 2,000–2,800/month About the RoleWe are looking for a bilingual (English/Malay) hands-on executive to manage our online sales channels. You will be the bridge between our brand and our customers—handling inquiries, processing orders, and creating engaging banners that convert. Key Responsibilities (E-commerce 70% / Social 30%)• Customer Engagement (60% of time): Manage live chats & inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. Convert questions into sales. • Order & Parcel Management: Process orders, coordinate with logistics partners (parcel tracking, returns, failed deliveries), and ensure same-day dispatch. • Complaint Resolution: Handle return/refund requests, damaged goods claims, and disputes professionally (within 24-hour SLA). • Creative Banners: Design promotional banners and product thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop for campaign periods (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, Payday sales). • Marketplace Operations: Update product listings, monitor stock levels, and optimise keywords for Lazada/Shopee. Requirements (Must-Have)• Min 1 year experience in E-commerce customer service OR social media commerce (Singapore market preferred). • Proficient in Canva (must) or Photoshop (good to have). • Language: Fluent English + Proficient in Malay (written & spoken) – *essential because >70% of our customers are Malay-speaking.* • Familiar with Lazada & Shopee Seller Centre (basic navigation, refund process, chat tools). • Able to work 5.5 days/week (including Saturday half-day). Off day on Sunday + 1 weekday. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)• Experience with TikTok Shop or Live selling. • Basic knowledge of Parcel tracking systems (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T Express). • Video editing (CapCut) for simple TikTok replies.
