Responsibilities • Coordinate the entire online order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Pick and pack products efficiently to meet order requirements and maintain quality standards • Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance customer experience • Provide clear and accurate product information to assist customers in making informed decisions • Liaise with courier services to arrange shipments and provide customers with tracking updates • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and support smooth operations
