Early Intervention Service Practitioner

[WEEKDAYS] We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Service Practitioner to join our team. The Early Intervention Service Practitioner will work with children and families to provide support and intervention services aimed at addressing developmental delays or disabilities in infants and young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to providing high-quality services. Responsibilities: • Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify children at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. • Provide direct intervention services to children, including therapy, family training and educational activities. • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment for children. • Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for children and families. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interventions, assessments, and progress reports. • Stay informed about best practices in early intervention and participate in ongoing professional development activities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
