[EAST] Temp Patient Service Associate/Admin - #HTJ

Responsibilities: • Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system. • Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required. • Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever. • Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications. • Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required. • Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries. • Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
