About this role
As an Elder Care Enablement Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in helping seniors live independently, age in place confidently, and maintain dignity in their own homes. This is a non‑clinical, people‑centred role focused on engagement, encouragement, and empowerment rather than medical care. You will support seniors through purposeful activities such as cognitive engagement, gentle fitness and mobility exercises, and daily routines that promote wellbeing, strength, and confidence. Alongside providing basic non‑clinical care support, you will build trusting relationships, motivate participation, and create a positive, respectful home experience that helps seniors remain active, connected, and capable. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and passionate about supporting older adults to live well and independently. Client Engagement & Care delivery • Conduct initial assessments of clients’ health, living conditions, and homecare needs. • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of homecare services, ensuring alignment with care plans and client expectations. • Provide assisted living care such as showering, toileting, transfer from wheelchair to bed, feeding etc. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly. • Promote awareness of homecare services through outreach and engagement activities. Operational & Administrative Duties • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client records, care plans, service logs, and incident reports. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance & Improvement • Conduct regular follow-up to assess service quality and client satisfaction. • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary. • Participate in audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements• GCE 'O'/'N' Level, NITEC, Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field. • Prior experience in homecare, healthcare coordination, or eldercare services is preferred. • Good understanding of care planning • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English and Mandarin, able to speak simple conversational dialects such as Hokkien, Cantonese is an advantage, especially for client engagement. • Caring, patience, and a genuine passion for helping elderly
