About this role
Responsibilities:• Source and screen candidates for domestic helper / manpower placements • Conduct interviews via WhatsApp, video call or in-person • Match suitable candidates to client requirements • Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process • Coordinate with overseas suppliers (Indonesia, Myanmar, etc.) • Prepare and manage documentation (MOM applications, contracts, etc.) • Maintain proper records of candidates and job orders • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and social platforms • Support business development activities (posting ads, outreach, etc.) Requirements:• EA Personnel licence preferred (or willing to obtain) • Prior recruitment / sales experience is an advantage • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-driven • Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and online platforms • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
