About this role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented incumbent to join our team as Field Survey Specialist. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in data collection, customer interaction, and research operations. You will play a key role in supporting survey execution, ensuring data accuracy, and achieving project targets. Working days and hours : 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend) Key Responsibilities • Assist respondents in completing surveys via online platforms, phone calls, or face-to-face interactions. • Accurately collect and input survey data into designated systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity. • Conduct field visits when required to engage respondents who are unreachable through remote channels. • Update survey progress, call outcomes, and respondent status daily using tracking tools (e.g., Excel). • Follow up with assigned respondents and maintain clear, detailed case notes for each interaction. • Identify and resolve incomplete or inconsistent survey responses (data cleaning). • Handle respondent queries or objections professionally, encouraging participation in surveys. • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and overall survey targets. • Prepare and submit accurate daily activity and productivity reports. • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. • No prior experience required; internships or project work involving research, data collection, or customer interaction will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies: • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Other Requirements • Willingness to conduct fieldwork when required. • Flexible to work on weekends or extended hours based on project needs. • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and interacting with diverse respondents.
