Engagement & Operations Support Officer About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engagement & Operations Support Officer to support a national initiative aimed at driving cultural participation across communities. This role combines engagement, operations, and event execution to ensure a seamless and positive experience for stakeholders and the public. Key Responsibilities Engagement & Outreach • Support outreach strategies to drive awareness and participation • Engage with arts, heritage, and community partners • Assist in executing targeted engagement plans for different demographics • Support offline outreach activities such as roadshows and community events Partnerships & Events • Coordinate and support event planning and execution • Manage logistics for activations, roadshows, and partnerships • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders Operations & Customer Service • Support helpdesk and customer service operations • Respond to enquiries and ensure service standards are met • Monitor performance metrics and support improvements Administration & Risk Management • Assist in documentation, SOPs, and reporting • Provide administrative and coordination support • Identify and manage operational risks Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in events, communications, or administrative support • Background in Communications, Events, Arts Management or related fields preferred • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work evenings/weekends when required What We’re Looking For • A team player with strong interpersonal skills • Adaptable and resourceful problem-solver • Passion or interest in arts, culture, or public engagement Next Step • Drop your resume and contact us to follow-up, or send your resume to weijun.ng@adecco.com or wa.me/85149149 • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Ng Wei Jun EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R26160702
