Responsibilities • Participate in a structured programme comprising company familiarisation, classroom training, and hands-on on-the-job training (OJT). • Gain exposure to the working environment and operational processes prior to technical training. • Attend a three-month classroom programme that includes both theoretical and practical modules conducted by an external training academy. • Complete a nine-month OJT attachment to learn and work on Rolls-Royce Trent engines under the guidance of experienced mentors. • Upon completion of the traineeship, serve a two-year bond with the company as a qualified Aircraft Engine Technician. Requirements • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg.
