About this role
· Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet students’ learning needs. · Develop lesson materials and teaching aids that enhance classroom participation. · Conduct classroom administration and maintain a conducive learning environment. · Mark assignments and assessments with constructive feedback. · Track and report student progress each semester through progress reports. · Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. · Provide regular updates to parents on students’ academic performance and development. · Conduct training sessions for part-time or new teachers when required. · Represent the company at marketing events, open houses, and community outreach programs. · Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the academic director. Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Education or a related field. · Teachers with CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certifications will be given priority. · Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred (MOE syllabus experience a plus). · Passionate about teaching and able to engage students effectively. · Strong classroom management and communication skills. · Positive, nurturing, and patient personality with a natural rapport with children. · Able to work on weekends and follow tuition centre’s operating schedule. · Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
