About this role
Manage customer engagement and support activities forenterprise clients across SaaS, market intelligence, and financial servicesaccounts. Coordinate with clients to understand business needs andtranslate insights into client-ready solutions and service materials. Support account retention, renewal preparation, upsellopportunities, and customer value enhancement activities. Maintain CRM records, client profiles, campaign performancedata, and lead qualification information. Analyze customer engagement metrics, sales funnelperformance, and campaign outcomes to improve client satisfaction. Work with internal sales, marketing, product, and operationsteams to resolve customer issues and support service delivery. Prepare client presentations, reports, follow-ups, andengagement materials for ongoing customer success and account support.
