The Company A multi-national company in the financial services space is currently seeking a 1 year contract Admin and Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Role This role is responsible for managing calendars and coordinating scheduling for meetings, involving both internal and external stakeholders. The role includes coordinating and executing virtual and in-person events, and meetings, while overseeing meeting logistics such as venue bookings, catering, and transportation. Key responsibilities also include preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes, and presentation materials, generating monthly and ad-hoc activity reports, and leading initiatives to enhance operational processes. The position requires a strong understanding of business operations and firm objectives to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed, as well as being responsive and available to provide on-site event support and overtime when required. Your Profile The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to task management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential to effectively manage calendars, meetings, and multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
