About this role
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, servers, storage, networks, on-premises, and cloud environments through installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. • Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and upgrade activities, ensuring smooth deployment, compatibility, security, and minimal operational downtime. • Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support and troubleshooting for system, network, and end-user related issues. • Administer and optimize systems performance across Windows, Linux, macOS, VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Microsoft Intune. • Participate in standby and on-call support rotations including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Collaborate with internal technical teams, vendors, and partners while improving IT governance, compliance, documentation, and operational processes. • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving ability, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
