EventsExecutive (3-, 6- or 9-Month Contract) Location:Singapore About theRoleWe are looking for adynamic and detail-oriented Events Executive to join our team on a contractbasis. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a widerange of events, including corporate seminars, roadshows, launches, andmarketing campaigns. KeyResponsibilities• Event Planning & Coordination– Develop event timelines, checklists, budgets, and run sheets to ensure smoothexecution. • Vendor & StakeholderManagement – Liaise and coordinate with venues, caterers,designers, audio-visual providers, and other event partners. • On-site Event Execution– Manage event setup, operations, and teardown to deliver a seamless attendeeexperience. • Cross-functionalCollaboration – Work closely with internal teams and externalpartners to deliver event programmes and marketing initiatives. • Marketing &Collateral Support – Coordinate the production of eventmaterials, branded merchandise, EDMs, and social media content. • Post-event Reporting– Prepare post-event reports, including event feedback, attendance, KPIs, andoverall performance analysis. Requirements• Experience: 1–3 years ofexperience in event management, marketing, or coordination roles. • Education:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, orrelated disciplines. • Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience in event operations ormarketing tools will be an advantage. • Personal Attributes:Organized, proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple projectsunder tight timelines with strong attention to detail. • Flexibility:Willing to work evenings or weekends when required for events. Off-in-lieu willbe provided accordingly.
