Events & Engagement Specialist / MNC - Woodlands / Contract SUMMARY The Events Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and internal engagements. This role ensures seamless delivery of high-quality experiences that align with business objectives, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations. The key objective would be to execute events that drive employee engagement and external branding, primarily in Singapore and to provide remote pre-event support for events in APAC markets. This role will be partnered closely with the APAC Corporate Communications team. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Event Planning & Execution • Support end-to-end execution of events, from planning through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up • Coordinate logistics including venue management, registration, travel, catering, and production • Manage event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show to ensure smooth execution Vendor & Operations Management • Liaise with external vendors (agency partners, production, AV, logistics) to deliver event requirements • Track budgets, invoices, and procurement processes to ensure cost control • Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand guidelines, and safety requirements Stakeholder Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams such as Communications, Marketing, HR, and Business Units to align event objectives • Support speaker coordination and executive logistics (briefings, talking points, schedules) • Manage attendee communications, invitations, and registration queries Content & Experience Support • Assist in developing event collateral, presentations, branding, and engagement materials • Support onsite experience design to enhance attendee engagement and brand impact • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all event touchpoints Post-Event Reporting • Gather feedback and analyze event performance (attendance, engagement, outcomes) • Compile post-event reports and insights to support continuous improvement • Maintain documentation of event outcomes, learnings, and best practices Post-Event Communications (Social and internal comms channels) • Draft post-event communications for internal sharing in the corporate communications channels • Draft social media communications in line with the event for APAC LinkedIn account, and to amplify the event on their own social platforms • Assist with putting together post-event photos and videos as needed REQUIREMENTS • 3–6 years of experience in event management, corporate communications, or marketing • Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience coordinating vendors and managing event logistics • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), design tools (Canva, Adobe) for invite design creation
