Job Summary Engage customers face-to-face to represent brand campaigns professionally, build trust through positive experiences, and guide customers to solutions that meet their needs while working with a motivated team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities • Initiate conversations and engage customers directly in high-traffic environments to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition • Deliver professional representation of brand campaigns to create positive and memorable customer experiences that build trust • Assess customer needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions that align with their preferences and requirements • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets through coordinated efforts and shared goals • Participate actively in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve communication, presentation, and sales skills Preferred competencies and qualifications • Energetic, outgoing, and curious individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations with new people • No prior experience required; willingness to learn through full training and coaching provided
